Fascinating that 55 percent of our communication is done through body language and that only 7 percent by our words. So many great ideas on how to carry oneself in both personal and business relationships. Gail says to listen to this book often. And I agree and will listen to it again. Really appreciate how taking the steps to be better at communicating involves becoming a better listener.
