Short Listen, Fun for True Crime Fans, Not Too Much Gore
A great, quick little story for the true crime fan without too much gore. It’s basically just the facts. There are plenty of details from Pa Bender and his son first settling and building the inn to their escape, all of the supposed sightings, and theories of their end. It’s a quick listen, but very enjoyable for those interested in history or true crime in America. There is even a brief mention of Laura Ingles Wilder at the very end for those who stumbled upon this story that way.
