Locking Down Love (Unabridged‪)‬

Highcrest Drive has always been a quiet street in the small Vermont town of Cider Grove, but when lockdown comes, that silence becomes heavier than ever. Bill Cox, an English professor who spends more time with books than people, and Amy Hoover, a waitress known for her easy smile at the Maplewood Diner, suddenly find themselves navigating days of solitude only a few doors apart.

Through gestures that begin as simple kindness, a connection sparks where neither of them was looking. Messages lead to conversations, conversations lead to late nights lit by phone screens, and soon two neighbors discover that even in isolation, companionship has a way of breaking through.

Locking Down Love is a heartwarming novella about finding light in uncertain times, where the smallest acts carry the most profound meaning, and love has a way of arriving exactly when it’s needed most.
