The reader sounds like a robot.
Excellent content with an annoying monotone reader that sounds suspiciously like a computer. There is a lot of humor in the authors perspective and writing style that falls flat when read in a fast monotone cadence. Otherwise, fine if you can get past the reader who must be text to voice.
A previous reviewer complained about the narrator. Perhaps the version has changed. I don’t know. I’ve heard bad narrators and this isn’t one of them. The narrator (the author) jokes, plays roles with different voices and speaks naturally, with good cadence, enunciation and intonation. So far it’s been an engaging listen.
