Sheltered small-town girl Gretchen Brannon was utterly out of her element when she aligned herself with Sheikh Philippe Sabon, the formidable ruler of Qawi. They came from different worlds, yet she found a soul mate in the powerful, sensual man who'd suppressed his passions for far too long, and harbored a secret anguish. But he made this virtuous young woman aware of her own courage and, in turn, she aroused his sleeping senses as no other woman could.
However, now that Gretchen's heart belonged to the Lord of the Desert, danger loomed when she became the target for vengeance by the sheikh's most diabolical enemy. In a final showdown that would pit good against evil, could love and destiny triumph?
Lord of the desert
Great book but only half the story. When I bought the audio book it never said it was a short story of the book.the last half of the book was just left out. That was the best part of the book. Very disappointing.
This is a wonderful story when whole. The downloaded version is missing half the story. A waste of my money! I am angry because I would not have made the purchase if I had known it was abridged-and poorly done at that!
I had a long drive and decided to get some books to listen to. This was one of my favorit books by diana palmer and I was so happy to get it bt that was short lived when it was only half the book. You left out her going back to america due to the fight overe another woman the fact that her brother and their friends meet phillip and how much his father loves her as well. it was just a let down
