Ill-conceived rip-off
If you don't already know what you're doing, this won't help you; if you do, you don't need this audiobook. There's probably a total of five minutes' worth of actual speech (thirty seconds of which is actually useful) in the entire program, interspersed by long periods of mediocre spa music. They apparently think that an "instructional" audiobook is appropriate background accompaniment for a massage of this nature; you don't have to be Mystery to see that that's romantic napalm. You're far better off buying a how-to video or book, then trying to apply what you've learned in real time without a narrator and wind chimes.
