I'm tellin you, this book changed my life!! Overall, It has taught me that their are many beautiful teachings from buddhism that I can apply to my life now. She is a great writer and has gone through alot of suffering in her life. I highly recommend you read it, or listen to it. It brings me peace, understanding and true love into my heart when i am suffering. It shows you to look at yourself and the people around you differently.
Sharon Salzberg is a clear voice in the field of meditation. She is a healer and teaches the art of healing through lovingkindness meditation. Most of all her teaching just plain works. I have listened. I have practiced. And I have realized results. She is open and brave and honest. Most of all she is real.
