Aliens, mind-reading, a possible invasion...all this would have sounded fantastical to Luna only a week ago. Luna is a 13-year-old girl with autism and social anxieties. She craves predictability and normalcy to help navigate life. The ability to blend in has been her main goal up to this point. However, her life turns upside down when a new student named Zane arrives and many secrets are revealed.

Luna's mother has placed a sticky note on the mirror the whole year, saying, "Humanity needs you, the world needs you." We watch to see if Luna can rise to the challenge.
