Well Written with Interesting Details
As one might expect it was very methodical in its writing & audio recording. The value isn’t so much the story but the other characters involved. Their role, their fate etc. I learned a lot and it was worth the money and time. I will say however it wasn’t an audio book that I ‘couldn’t wait to listen to’.
Murder and life in 1860s
Fascinating to the end
Poor narration ruins the story.
It’s a compelling historical tale, but I had to listen to the narrator mispronounce “cavalry” 50 times. He says “CALvalry.” SMH
