Beyond wonderful
This mediation series is beyond wonderful! I’m reading the book and I decided to download this mediation series. I like how they’re broken down and I can honestly say I feel different from doing them. Instead of doing them all at once, I decided to do one a day and it’s worth the purchase. Check it out for yourself and see how your life will change😊
Not the full 4 week session
This shows a 5 track but it only includes week 1 with the 2 options he gives you and those are track 2 and 4. Week 3 is repeated on track 3 and 5 . Track 1 is just a short intro. So if week 2 and 4 is important to you then this is not for you. Confusing for sure.
