With a perspective only a seasoned chef and world traveler could give us, Bourdain offers honest and unfiltered opinions on everything from food critics to the concept of selling out. This book was written about his travels around the world tasting each locale’s delicacies—and the TV personality captured tantalizing observations about the people, places, and dishes that he loved...and those that he didn’t. We can’t imagine anyone other than the legend himself narrating this book with its casual smattering of f-bombs and endearing level of self-deprecation. Listening to this audiobook is a bittersweet reminder of Bourdain’s legacy.
