Customer Reviews
Mental Detox
This review is offered with respect and transparency for readers who may be considering this book. Mental Detox by Dr. Cheyenne Bryant is written by a clearly intelligent and capable woman, and I have enjoyed her speaking engagements and insights across other platforms. Her voice and presence resonate much more strongly for me in those formats.
That said, the book itself did not fully connect with me. I found the reading experience to be slower and less engaging than expected, and it lacked the depth and substance I was hoping for.
This is not a criticism of Dr. Bryant as a professional, but rather an honest reflection of my experience as a reader. In hindsight, I would have preferred to borrow this title from the library before purchasing. Still, others may connect with the message differently, especially if they already resonate strongly with her work in other mediums.
Overall, this review is shared simply to help fellow readers make an informed decision, and not to diminish the author’s contributions or voice.
