Great Presentation
Have loved this book for many years, I remember Captain Kangaroo reading it to us on his morning tv show back in the '50's! I have had the pleasure of sharing it with children myself and this interpretation is very well done, just too bad we can't see the drawings too. How about doing Ms. Burton's other classics, "Katy and the Big Snow" and "The Little House"?
What a great book!
This book is great to read anytime. My son loves it. I rate it right up on the top of my list.
back in the day...
when i was little, this was my FAVORITE book. i sat on my daddy's lap or leaned agenst mommy and listened to every little bit, and at thew end i'd say, "again! read again!" perfect for any little kid. buy it. and press YES if this story was so sweet
