Too long and not the best narrators, but there was some good banter.

The storyline is interesting I guess. I’m 100% into spice/romance but I guess not this one. But anyway, the reason for the 2 stars is not because it wasn’t my favorite storyline, it’s alright I suppose. The 2 star review is because the audio version was TERRIBLE. These narrators almost sounded like they were reading the news for a 1950’s nightly broadcast. Fast, flat, with little to no inflection in their voices. And how do you have both narrators be so terrible and set the same tone on the same book?? Were they instructed to sound like that? Even the sex scenes, descriptions of sex acts or body parts were so unconvincing….so unsexy. Bottom line, I DNF’d it and MIGHT just read it. So my suggestion, if you’re into spice, this is NOT the book to listen to. Just buy the physical copy and read it on your own.
