Lost interest
I got bored with the story and the fact that it is moving through each sister book by book
I am no longer interested enough to spend yet more money. To listen to another book and still not know who killed the evil queen
Tone deaf
There is such a tone deaf take regarding homosexuality using blanket terms and fear of same sex attraction is just really hard to get through. Despite the fact that the main character marries a woman- spoiler alert- it's still frustrating to hear how tone deaf and poorly written these aspects of the characters and perspective of the society have been done unless it's meant to be it reads incredibly homophobic
