Go beyond simple positive thinking and learn how to cultivate a healing mindset that transforms any nightmare into a blessing, creating a life of laughter and peace. True freedom from cancer is a state of mind. And you don’t have to go to war or wait until you’re pronounced “cancer-free” to find it.

This book was wonderfully written and narrated by the author. It was so lovely to hear her take on her own story, and be able to hear exactly how she was feeling in the moment. I do not have cancer, but a lot of her story resonated with me. I have found myself asking myself the inquiry questions in my daily life when an anxious thought creeps in. Everything in this book, including the author, are genuine and relatable. I found myself giggling many times in a book about cancer! Not what I expected. Thank you, Bethany, for sharing your story!

Inspiring, informative and surprisingly humorous

This is not just the story of a cancer diagnosis, it the story of a young women faced with a situation that turned her world upside down and how she dealt with it. Her humor and insights into her own limiting beliefs inspire & oddly enough, entertain at the same time. Can cancer be fun? I’m not sure about that but I am sure that she gives us a chance to question ourselves and how we limit our own happiness even in the darkest of situations. I loved hearing her own voice and the passion behind it as she narrated the book.
