He talks ridiculously fast and its oddly distracting. Who talks like that?? And he goes into too many details about animal tests which makes me feel bad... a big turn off. But i cant stress enough how distracting the weird fast talking is... it sounds like they sped it up after the fact. Yuck. Pass on the audio book and read it.

If you have a real problem…

…overcoming your food demons then I highly recommend this book. I started by listening to the pod cast by this author and it has really been helpful. I got this book to have another tool to reinforce these ideas. Thank you for this book and your pod cast, it has resonated with me and I have lost weight and have had success in reducing my binges since I have started.
