I get tired off books with no substance. This is not one of them. It takes a while to listen to but is well worth the time. My networking skills have shot through the roof and things ate working smoother for me because of it. I found what I was doing right and what I was doing that sabotaged my efforts. No matter what your field is, waitress or executive, I highly recommend it.
