Dated and Cringey

The author has a very narrow viewpoint on how healthy relationships look and function. Occasionally a useful nugget of information comes up, but it’s peppered with gendered phrases and ideals of what it means to be stereotypically heteronormative. Those useful nuggets exist in other significantly better books focusing on attachment styles and healthy relationship patterning.

The narrator doesn’t help the content either, and sounds like he’s narrating a safety video from the 90s.

A lot of this book was based on the

author’s personal opinion and experience Not men in general. An overall waste of money.

who is this guy?

who is this guy and what makes him an expert on relationships? He mostly quoted from other material or makes stuff up. Also why does he hate women so much? There a whole chapter on the annoying things we do that drive men away. It’s a real blame the victim situation here. If you don’t want to get ghosted you need to choose better men, set boundaries, and read the room. For real advice read attached or the soulmate experience or the Tao of dating.
