A real treat for the ears
Loved this audiobook! It’s always great to be able to hear the original author read his own work. I would imagine what you hear in this audiobook is what Garett May have heard in his head as he was writing it. Great pacing in the reading. Can’t wait for the next book...
Absolute Must-Read!
This is book one of an amazing series, and as an added bonus is narrated by the author! He does such an amazing job on every character, which are so diverse throughout Underrealm. This story centers on Loren and her journeys that expand exponentially, through surprises, grief, and adventure. This is a must-read for anyone looking for their next epic series.
the adventure begins
INCREDIBLE!! Nightblade is written and narrated by the author. I was very pleased that not only can he write a great story he can also tell one as well, he brings the world to life by giving the characters a voice of their own. i am excited to listen to the rest of the story and hope he will continue to be the narrator of the underrealm.
Nightblade is the first book in the lands of the underrealm. following Loren of family Nelda as she leaves her life in the forest to strike her own path. Lorens adventures are bit of a challenge as she tries to navigate the complexities of the world beyond the trees. She frequently finds herself fleeing from dangers she unintentionally creates or stumbles upon. To help her in this fast paced life she does find a group of friends who will guide her along her journey.
If you are a fan of epic fantasy with a bit danger then this is a MUST LISTEN.
