Luke Peters wakes one morning, feeling under the weather. After staying home from school, he is confronted, first, by an old man with a shaggy German Shepherd, and then by a young man with a scuffed, metal baseball bat. The old man tells him that there was an attempt on his life while he slept and that another was coming soon. Luke, naturally, is skeptical until a young man arrives, seeking to steal Luke’s life.
