Publisher Description

New York Times bestselling author Carrie Ann Ryan returns to the Montgomery Ink world with Nothing but Ink.

Clay Hollins knows he needs to stay away from Riggs Kennedy. He doesn't have time to fall for the bearded bartender that haunts his dreams and waking fantasies. Not only is he working long hours at his dream job with Montgomery Builders, but he’s raising his three cousins and they need him more than he needs a private life.

After one night of giving in, however, neither Riggs nor Clay can walk away.

Only their lives are chaotic with baggage from Riggs’ past and Clay’s present and taking a chance on each other might be the scariest yet best decision they ever make.

**Every 1001 Dark Nights novella is a standalone story. For new readers, it’s an introduction to an author’s world. And for fans, it’s a bonus book in the author’s series. We hope you'll enjoy each one as much as we do.**

It’s finally Clay’s turn!

Busy single dad Clay from both the Denver and now Fort Collins Montgomery’s finally gets his story told. We’ve had glimpses of Side character Riggs from the Fort Collins Montgomery’s spending their time at the family’s go-to bar.
One night Clay drops his guard and let’s himself have a night out with the group at Riggs. Riggs asks Clay to dance and as Clay is affording himself a night out, agrees. They agree it’s for one night as they both have a lot of responsibilities on their plates. However, Clay and Riggs are actually a second Chance Romance as they once were a secret couple in high school.
This is a good novella granting both these characters equal time to really share their stories. 4/5 stars
