Good, quick 'read'
Odd is always a great character to have in an audiobook. It was strange that there were no 'bodocks' in this one and I'm glad he skipped the explanations of certain standards that regular readers know. Like how he always incorporates golden retrievers into the story.
From Odd to a Big Little Life, Dean's prose sets him apart.
Each novel is a piece of the Author's heart. The more books I have read, the more I have come to understand Dean Raye Koontz. From his Pennsylvania upbringing, to insult in New York, and finally setting down in California to live his life out one novel at a time. From Poe's style of macabre mystery, to creating his own plausable horrors, you can only know him well by reading every last drip of the textual blood spatter. In memory of Trixie.
