On the Edge: Full Throttle Series, Book 2 (Unabridged‪)‬

I absolutely LOVED this audiobook!!! The banter, the spicy burning chemistry between the characters and the genius plot that K. Bromberg deliver was just pure perfection.

Cruz Navarro is a famous F1 driver and well know playboy. He wants to continue his family legacy but most of all he wants to make them proud but his father makes it very difficult with his constant criticism of him. So when an opportunity comes for him to land the biggest deal of his career he says YES to a "fake a romantic relationship" but what he never expected was Maddix.

I think from the first moment Cruz and Maddix met there was such a great chemistry between them. Maybe it took a bit longer for Cruz to realise how incredible Maddix was but once he did I loved how passionate and incredible Cruz was for Maddix.

Maddix was just a sweetheart. I loved how she was able to come out of her shell but also how she little by little broke into Cruz's walls.

I think the story balance so well, the romance along the adrenaline of the F1 racing world combine was so so good and I can't wait for the next book in the series.

I absolutely loved this book/audio! From the start, 𝙺. 𝙱𝚛𝚘𝚖𝚋𝚎𝚛𝚐 hooked me & kept me hooked until the very end. This is a Formula 1 racing romance & I loved every second of it!

Cruz Navarro *swoon*. He was a wonderful book boyfriend & will always hold a place in my heart! I loved his banter with the other characters! Seeing him try to become a reformed playboy & pick out a fake girlfriend.....well you just need to read/listen to this & see for yourself!

Enter Maddix Hart. She was a great character! Kinda quiet but oh so right for Cruz! I loved watching her with Cruz & seeing them together. There is undeniable chemistry between these two and every minute of their story was fun!

𝑅𝑜𝑏𝑒𝑟𝑡 𝐻𝑎𝑡𝑐ℎ𝑒𝑡 is a fabtastic narrator! He gave life to Cruz & truly made him an incredible character. I could feel all the emotions of Cruz Navarro & I loved that! 𝐾𝑖𝑡 𝑆𝑤𝑎𝑛𝑛. A female narrator I absolutely 𝙖𝙙𝙤𝙧𝙚! Her voice is smooth & captivating. She adds so much to the story as she brings Maddix Hart to life. I loved it!

This fake relationship, filled with sizzle & fun, is on my forever favorites list! I am truly looking forward to listening/reading the next installment in this captivating series!

Sports romance that takes place in the world or professional racing. It’s not a sport I know anything about but the love story was beautiful. It’s spicy but it’s also a beautiful character journey. The fmc is amazing and goes through a fantastic journey of growth and self discovery. The mmc was extremely frustrating at first. There were moments I wanted to smack him. But I still fell for him and loved his journey of learning to stand his own ground against those who tried to bend him to their will. Loved the story and highly recommend. Also you don’t have to read this series in order. The first book is awesome, the stories aren’t intertwined so they can be enjoyed separately.
