Chapter 13 is missing!

I'm only on chapter 14, but I love this author and the stories. But I just got so confused since a whole chapter is missing. It was an interview of a suspect, but I have no idea how they got to his name or who is or anything becuase the chapter is missing. It's very irritating. Also, this narrator isn't as preferable as the original narrator. She gulps and swallows a lot and the pauses aren't as graceful.
