Luce would die for Daniel.

And she has. Over and over again. Throughout time, Luce and Daniel have found each other, only to be painfully torn apart: Luce dead, Daniel left broken and alone. But perhaps it doesn’t need to be that way. . . .

Luce is certain that something—or someone—in a past life can help her in her present one. So she begins the most important journey of this lifetime . . . going back eternities to witness firsthand her romances with Daniel . . . and finally unlock the key to making their love last.

Cam and the legions of angels and Outcasts are desperate to catch Luce, but none are as frantic as Daniel. He chases Luce through their shared pasts, terrified of what might happen if she rewrites history.

Because their romance for the ages could go up in flames . . . forever.

Wow .

As from reading Torment and indeed feeling tormented, I was sketchy about Passion. But: from prologue to epilogue, I enjoyed the star-crossed lovers and their race through the past. This book was packed with romance, action, emotional discoveries, and just the right amount of evil from the villain to keep it all going.
The reason for the four stars is just my disappointment. I was hoping on getting more of a back story on the first time he, Daniel, lays first glance at Luce. But other than that, Passion written by Lauren Kate is the entire package. A must read.

Passion...less about the narrator

I have to agree with previous comments. I love the books and can not imagine WHY Lauren Kate would allow this woman to narrate. Luce is a teenager, not middle aged. Additionally, her voice has a strange intonation and accent. I much prefer reading the book myself. The voices in my head sound so much better!
