Publisher Description

Rigg is well trained at keeping secrets. Only his father knows the truth about Rigg’s strange talent for seeing the paths of people’s pasts. But when his father dies, Rigg is stunned to learn just how many secrets Father had kept from him - secrets about Rigg’s own past, his identity, and his destiny. And when Rigg discovers that he has the power not only to see the past, but also to change it, his future suddenly becomes anything but certain.

Rigg’s birthright sets him on a path that leaves him caught between two factions, one that wants him crowned and one that wants him dead. He will be forced to question everything he thinks he knows, choose who to trust, and push the limits of his talent... or forfeit control of his destiny.

Hmmm he does it again?

What I enjoy about orson scott cards books is that he has the best characters hands down. They are well rounded and have thought processes that keep you reading (or in this case listening) and wanting to see what they do next every time. Everyone tends to rate his books off Enders game which as anyone who has read it knows is a top read for any sci fi fan. That being said, I think he stays true in all his books to character core you imagine the character so well and follow them that no matter the plot, the character keeps you going and following them through all the ups and downs of the story. I never hesitate to buy a new book from orson Scott card. I have however found some to have dragged on (cough...earthfall series) even then the book was still good barring some things that i felt could be omitted so the story did not drag. Now that being said pathfinder new, exciting and very enjoyable listen. I recommend it for anyone who enjoyed the ender series. I still read Enders game to this day I never get sick of reading it and this one will be another that I will keep listening to I also like to say awesome voice actors they do a great job with his characters in all his books and I cannot wait to hear or read the next! Good stuff!

Ender's world ,

Exciting

It’s very gripping, and the physics experience in space and time almost lessons, on how gravity could act upon ourselves it’s a fantastic story, but the voices are sorta flat, if someone who actually likes the books reads the audio it would be even more of a inspirational story

Jonathan Bell ,

Excellent Read.

Excellent book with a different twist in time, plus the same feel and depth of characters as we saw in the Ender books. The readers do an excellent job. Highly recommend.
