Literally made me cry at work
I’ve loved this series for a long and I will admit that this has a very different tone to the normal books but it feels like a perfect time for this change I love every second of this book and the big fight made me cry at work the voices are alittle off for a few characters but still incredible voice work
I enjoyed every minute of this novel. (Yeah Ramirez’s voice is off.) But the story is fantastic. It’s definitely a set up to Battleground. But come on people. IT COMES OUT IN SEPTEMBER. That’s not that long. Think back to Changes. It’s that kind of book. The author made bold understandable choices. That all fit perfectly with who Harry is. (There are a few continuity mistakes but that comes down to bad editing. Not bad writing and it doesn’t effect the storyline.).
Half A Book That is 20% Story, 80% Poorly Written Fan Fiction Erotica
This is as disappointing as the Dresden Files tv show, if not more so. If you have read Skin Game stop there, don’t ruin the series for yourself. Everyone I know reads the series for the great world building and character development. This book was Storm Front with all the erotic moments from every other book in one. After waiting 6 years for a tenth of a book in content, I am done with the series.
