I've followed David Burkus for some time, and have always found his insights on-point and useful. In "Pick a Fight", Burkus does a great job helping us think about what drives individuals to perform at their best, and how to lead a team to superior performance. Through examples and stories, he makes the lessons memorable and entertaining.

David’s book is a fun and enjoyable read that teaches you how to rally the troops within your team or organization.
Lots of practical ideas you can use immediately. I particularly enjoyed his examples from the War of 1812, Rocky, and KPMG.
