Publisher Description
The Theaetetus is one of Plato's dialogues concerning the nature of knowledge, written circa 369 BC. In this dialogue, Socrates and Theaetetus discuss three definitions of knowledge: knowledge as nothing but perception, knowledge as true judgment, and, finally, knowledge as a true judgment with an account. Each of these definitions is shown to be unsatisfactory.

Painful
The pronunciation of many names and words are wrong. The speaker sometimes messes up, and then starts a sentence over, and these aren’t edited out! It’s extremely difficult to tell when a sentence ends, because the speaker has the same downward inflection and pause after random words and at the end of sentences. I would love to listen to this book but can’t make it through 10 minutes of this version.
