For the Wodehouse buff
This is not the greatest use of J. Cecil's talent as a reader of Wodehouse. So many of the voices are American here that he is a bit challenge. I am of course impressed by what he DOES manage to come up with. Still, this text needed someone with a greater range of American character voices. In addition, although the conceit of the book is witty (reader's digest-style newspaper becomes a muckraking rag), this book was less enchanting than some others by this writer. I don't regret listening and discovering the book AT ALL, and I am v glad I purchased. But I am at the moment bingeing on Wodehouse and this was not my favorite.
