Rapid Italian 2
I have both books in the series and would buy the third if avaliable. Great!
Non posso decidere.
Allora, io non posso decidere se questo audiobook e' una cosa buona o noioso. Ho passato un anno scolastico in Italia (9 mesi), e pensavo che questo audiobook mi aiutasse con il mio vocabulario Italiano. Ma no- non ha fatto neinte. All'inizio, il narratore usava la forma formale con tutto quello che diceva. Bleck- non mi e' piaciuto molto... ma se non predessi un'anno della lingua Italiano, forse andrebbe bene a te.
Okay- I can't decide whether this audiobook is a good thing or an annoying one. I spent my junior year of highschool in Italy, and I thought that this book could help me with my Italian vocabulary; that was the one thing keeping me from becoming fluent. But no- it didn't really do anything for me. At the beginning the narrator uses the formal tense with some Italian chick, and it becomes bothersome after awhile. But... if you haven't done a year of the language and just want to go on a trip through Italy, then it should help you.
Rapid Italian: Volume 2
I have both Volume 1 and Volume 2. I thought for basic traveller Italian, Volume 1 was very helpful. The Volume 2 is snappier and goes through phrases much faster. Quite a bit harder to absorbe.
