Rebels of the Red Planet is a sci-fi story by Charles L. Fontenay. For a long time, settlers on planet Mars have had to endure the dictates of a tyrannical government. Dark Kensington, a man thought to be dead, suddenly appears with plans to take control of the Phoenix, a rebel faction with the purpose of fighting the tyranny. Plans involving mutations and psionics are concocted, but how far will they be taken?
