Good narrative but not so great story.
The story was told well by actress Meg Ryan and she put a lot of emotion into the narrative but the story itself was a bit long. A bit redundant with details. I’m all for iteration and it shows thought out writing but this was like putting candy sprinkles on the cake till you no longer can see the cake at all.
Also the way the wolf interacted with red riding hood was a bit... incentive with how he tried to charm her by flattery. I know the story is suppose to teach kids about avoiding strangers but it was like an old French guy flirting with a child. It made me uncomfortable and I’m an adult!
