This book is a gem!
I came across this audiobook on the library’s app and borrowed it by accident. It ended up being my favourite guided meditation and explained and taught how to connect with the universal energy and the healing power within us in a way that anybody anywhere can do (no prolonged sitting in a cross legged position needed - which is a huge relief in my book). Simple and pleasant techniques that relieve me quickly of fear and anxiety, and fill me up with peace, inner quiet, love and shimmering joy.
I loved the book and the way the author reads it so much that I bought it so I can listen to it anytime I want.
