Good addition to the library
Well written and helpful
No reference materials
He often refers to the reference materials throughout the audiobook but did not provide them with the audiobook. I looked on iTunes on my computer where reference materials usually are for audiobooks, no luck.
PDF content not available
The audiobook is excellent, but not having the so mentioned PDF throughout the book is a shame. Also is something that is supposed to be there, because I paid for it and it just fail to download.
