Having recently fallen in love with the dark romances that 𝐉.𝐓. 𝐆𝐞𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 wrote, I was excited to get the chance to listen to an opposites attract sports romcom by her talented hands!

I gotta tell ya. This one, narrated by #sebastianyork & #andiarndt , was perfection. Their voices always bring the characters to life in a fantabulous way! Listening to them tell Maddie & Mason’s story had me chuckling & completely captivated the entire time.

This story had banter, plenty of sizzling chemistry, and lots of dirty talking man-wh0reness! I loved every minute of this 4.5★ audio! Brilliantly done slow burn romance just the way I like it!

It is great to see another side of J. T. Geissinger’s creative mind in this beauty of a romantic comedy, one that puts a smile on your face and keeps it there the entire book. The book should come with a warning that once you start it, you won’t be able to put it down because it such a wonderfully entertaining story that nothing else around you matters at the moment except what is going to happen next can not put it down. The characters are amazing and I adored the two lead characters, Maddie McRae and Mason Spark, as well as D i c k and Waldine, the secondary and support characters. Mason is a professional quarterback in the NFL, while he is great when he is on the field and in the game, his reputation is anything but great off the field and if he does not fix his image and reputation, he chances to lose a lot. His agent, D i c k, tells him he needs to clean up his act and find a girl to settle down with, so they turn to the “Perfect Pairing” to find a wife. Maddie takes matchmaking seriously and is good at what she does, but her latest client proves to be a challenge. His demands are outrageous and when she finally meets him in person, she finds him to be just as outrageous. These two are like oil and vinegar, and the bickering between them is non-stop and hilarious. Little do they know it is foreplay for what is coming in this perfect opposites attract, don’t see what is in front of their faces, romance. I loved how everything plays out in this wonderfully plotted story, the meddling aunt and agent adds a lot to the story and so does the characters back story, including her ex who stirs things up for them. There is never a dull moment in this book, the dialogue is brilliant and there is a perfect balance of drama, humor, heartfelt emotions and a slow burn, but so worth the wait, romance. J.T. Geissinger, thank you for another amazing story, the laughs and the emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧 And for the amazing narration, J. T. Geissinger cast the perfect narrators to bring her characters and story to life. Sebastian York and Andi Arndt are superbly talented narrators and versatile voice artists. They did a fabulous job portraying the characters, giving each their own distinct voice sounding believable in every role they played and just as I pictured the characters to sound. You could hear how much heart they put into their work as they capture all the character’s emotions and project them into their performance, making you feel every single one. They set the perfect tone for the story, handled the witty dialogue with ease and landed the humor effortlessly. These entertaining storytellers are a pleasure to listen to and their narration enhances an already brilliant story to another level. Thank you for another exceptional listen.

This book was adorable with its matchmaker and pro football player Romance. Narrators are two of my favorites and they did an excellent job bringing this story to life! Both stubborn and both so different that it really shows you how well opposites attract.
