Publisher Description
There's no way I'll fall for Wyatt Hennington. He can keep his Southern drawl, irresistible smile, and those pick-up lines all to himself. I made the mistake of sleeping with him not once, but twice. I'm not stupid enough to give him round three, especially after he left me in the middle of the night so I could see myself out. I vow to return to Philadelphia and forget him.
It proves easier said than done.
When the doctor informs me I'm the winner of door prize number two, I put my life on hold and head back to Bell Buckle. Three months and if we can't make this work, I'm gone.
The problem is, when the cards are stacked against us, and I can't bring myself to leave him, I'll finally know if he truly loves me or if all my fears were real.
Customer Reviews
I loved it
“You’re everything I never knew to ask for.”
... “You’re everything I’ve waited for.”
Now, If I thought I could not love another Hennington boy. How I was so very wrong! Wyatt.. probably is my favorite of these boys. He has a lot of respect and all the right words to say. Angie is just the right woman for him. You have to fight for love when you're about to lose it.
Angie has surprise news and has to return to Bell Buckle. She doesn’t want to and wants to go back to Philadelphia. She’s had so much hurt in her past, that I don’t believe, she believes anyone could really love her. But she has to give Wyatt a chance and I wouldn’t expect anything less. I feel that Michaels really wants us to have our hearts broken. But then at the same time mend us back together. But there’s also some really funny, heartfelt moments throughout this story. So you’ll definitely laugh and cry. There’s no getting away from that.
I loved the narration. When I figured out that it was different narrators from the first book. I thought am I going to like this? but I loved them. They brought both characters to life. When they were hurting, I felt it. When they felt joy, I felt it as well. There’s a point in the book, where I thought noooooo! how dare you, Michaels! I just want them to be happy lol. But I continued on. I’m so glad I found this series. It’s probably one of my favs right now. I want to get my hands on the paperbacks when it’s all finished.
Since the first book, I’ve become a fan of Michaels. I can’t wait to jump into book #3. If you love a book with a small southern hometown feel. Filled with love and hope. This series takes the cake.
Overall, of course, I give this Five Boundless Stars
