Is Rose’s fate to kill the person she loves most? It’s springtime at St. Vladimir’s Academy, and Rose Hathaway is this close to graduation. Since Mason’s death, Rose hasn’t been feeling quite right. She has dark flashbacks in the middle of practice, can’t concentrate in class, and has terrifying dreams about Lissa. But Rose has an even bigger secret . . . .She’s in love with Dimitri. And this time, it’s way more than a crush.
Then Strigoi target the academy in the deadliest attack in Moroi history, and Dimitri is taken. Rose must protect Lissa at all costs, but keeping her best friend safe could mean losing Dimitri forever…
Not so good audiobook. I just couldn't get over her VOICE. ugh. Can you say ANNOYING? :o) I loved the books so much I got the audio to listen on the go but I dunno.. she just ruined it for me.. I wasnt aware that you can sample these (was in a hurry to buy!) .. And I didn't like the way she read either. Maybe I've been spoiled by the one who did Twilight. She was much more animated. This just sounds too bland.
Watch out twilight this one is just as good. This one needs to become a movie.
I really did enjoy the first two books and they keep on getting better. I love how Richelle Mead develops her stories and that I can never predict what is going to happen. The characters Rose and Dimitri always surprise me and I can't wait for the forth installment!!
