I read this book years ago. I had been thinking about reading it again but this time I bought the audio book. Armistead Maupin's writing and reading of the story is fantastic. There hasn't been a book of his that I havent totally enjoyed and I have read them all. In my experience his writing is just good medicine. One of my most treasured writers ever. This book is FUN, sensitive, adventurous, hip, intriguing and holds you tight until the end comes and your left wanting more...
