Enjoyed creating a space to support positive thoughts

Narrators voice makes it hard to focus.
The woman’s voice instructing the exercises is irritating. This makes it difficult to understand and to perform the intended instructions.
Great introduction to the techniques
The voices and guided meditations are very pleasant, easy to follow and to understand. I feel like I’ve deepened my introduction to the Silva Method, and can can now take my training further.
