I love the model health show

I just discovered Shawn a few months ago and it’s been life changing for me. I need to listen to this again since I zoomed through in like 3 days.
I was so excited to learn more and this has changed my life. The podcast with Hal too, on going to bed earlier! I already listened to his miracle morning book as well:)
