Just so so.
This book offers no real help to those who know what type of business their going into and anyone who has common business sense. it only gives a broad overview on business plan and managing employees. it doesn’t delve into specifics such as FICA, SUTA, schedules S and C, 941, 940, workers comp, sales tax, and so much more that’s needed to start and keep a small business running. I’m giving it 2 stars because there are a few points such as a mission statement that are very important. If you are just thinking of starting a business and don’t know what you’re going to do then this should be some help. But seek professional help before getting into specifics
Not very helpful.
I do not recommend this book if you want facts on starting a business. It does have good theories stated. But overall felt preachy.
