Somewhere Next Door to Reality

People are disappearing in Montreal. Jack and Mojo believe they are being drawn into the "Other City", an ephemeral city that appears at random, and suddenly vanishes, taking people with it. There's a blind street musician whose haunting accordion echoes down the narrow streets of a city that may only exist somewhere "next door to reality".
