Outstanding Story & Listen🎧 A Captivating Delight!

Wow, Chelle Bliss pens another awesome novel and as soon as I started it I knew it was going to be one of my favorites. Her Gallo Family world is such a great place to get lost in, I love the family dynamics and camaraderie amongst all the family members and how tight knit they are. Nick Gallo is Thomas and Angel’s son and this is his story. He is a typical Gallo man, a bit of a hot headed alpha but he was taught to be respectful and protective especially when it comes to women. So when he sees a girl in need he offers his help. Josephine Carmichael is vacationing in Florida is upset after catching her boyfriend in a compromising position. She flees and stops at late night Taco stand grabs some food and tries to figure out her next move all while crying her eyes out. Nick stops in for a late bite and catches wind of what is going on with her after a few word she heads out. He sees her again and despite not knowing who she is she invites her to stay with him for the night. There is just something about her that has him wanting to help her. Turns out she is not a simple tourist but the daughter of two well known celebrities and sort of one herself. I really liked Jo, she was not just a spoiled rich girl with a sense of entitlement, she actually saw how much her life lacked in comparison to Nick’s, she could have been jealous of what he had but instead she was appreciative of it. I loved how everything played out in this book, the story is beautifully plotted with plenty of drama, humor, heartfelt and emotional moments and some hot romance. And because there is never a dull moment in the Gallo family there are some thrilling and suspenseful moments too. This is the type of book that puts a smile on your face and keeps it there the entire time. Chelle Bliss thank you for this amazing story, I loved every minute of it.

🎧📚🎧And for the fabulous narration, Samantha Brentmoor and Lance Greenfield did an awesome job portraying the characters, humanizing them and giving each their own voice. They grasped each character’s persona, taking the role and made it their own. Samantha Brentmoor played Jo’s role with perfection and Lance Greenfield did the same for Nick. The secondary characters were all well done too. They set the perfect tone for the story and handled the humor, the witty dialogue and banter with ease. Both are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another awesome listen.
