He brings the information from hundreds of scientific studies into an easy-to-understand audio program. I now feel completely committed to consistent exercising, convinced by SPARK of the overwhelming evidence of its benefits, thanks to Ratey's presentation of the facts. It has become required reading... or rather, listening... in our family!

Listen to this one over and over!

I loved this audiobook and am currently on my second listen to it. I am a nursing student and learning about the human body and especially the brain is fascinating to me. This audiobook did not let me down. If you are into self preservation, and being the BEST you can be, you won't be let down either. Highly recommended.
