Helpful, but doesn’t give you enough time
Weiss is definitely an expert in guided hypnosis and regression but in these kinds of tapes he breezes through the script and it doesn’t feel like there’s enough time to go deep.
Badly narrated
I purchased this because I loved the YouTube regression from Brian weiss. However this regression doesn’t work for me as it is so badly narrated. After entering the scene there should be some time for the listener to soak everything in but weiss keeps talking non stop, it’s hard for me to focus. I’m also unsure of the music choice he uses here. It’s gloomy and has nature sounds (like seagulls) that affected my scenery(immagination I guess ). I tried it 3 times (different days) and it never worked for me . Will delete it from my library…
