This time, it’s a blustering politician, a status-obsessed crowd of ultra-rich Florida retirees, an eccentric wildlife handler, and a ton of dangerous reptiles. What could go wrong? After rich socialite Kiki Pew goes missing from a frivolous Palm Beach fundraiser, the chaotic investigation quickly spirals into a panic. The political establishment cleverly uses her disappearance to stir up unrest, making waves that reach all the way to the man sitting in the Oval Office. Brilliantly mixing crime fiction and dark political comedy, Squeeze Me is a cutting satire about just how out-of-touch the wealthy elites who run society often are. Don’t overthink it
This book is classic Carl. Uproarious and laugh-out-loud funny. If you are looking for high brow literature, move on. This book is nothing but fun and spot on in its fictional depictions of a current day politician who also happens to be a gifted con man. Loved it.
Zero Stars is what I wish I could rate it
I want my money back. This book is childish. Whether you support the president or not, this is tedious.
Happiness in my headphones
This is one of the only books I’ve listened to more than once and it makes me laugh right out loud every time. Scott Brick’s reading is PERFECTION. The characters are absolutely bang on in all aspects. People who give this a one star review because it’s a political satire really underscore the entire message of the story.
