So much is missing in the audio version
I would love to give it 5 stars but there’s so much missing from this version.
Anyone who’s read the hard copy version will understand.
I simply cannot understand why the authors allowed this abridged and adapted version to be produced.
I’m very disappointed as i have read the written version several times and the audiobook doesn’t do the story any justice at all.
The written version merged 3 distinct stories together and this version only concentrated on one of the stories and completely eliminated the rescue of the ss rosenberg and the initial issues with enterprise before she was even named, all who read the written version know the name wasn’t even decided until the enterprise came in view of the rosenberg.
imo the rescue was the best part of the story yet this version the whole rescue was cut out.
It’s not worth the price of the book if you’ve read the written version
