Love the Reader
Guidall is my favorite audiobook reader. I’m also a wee past middle age, and the consideration he gives to the narrative is evident in him. He adds dimension, import to the words, doesn’t just bang ‘em out. With him, I feel I’m not just watching narrative in the story; I feel I’m trying to solve the mysteries within. I enjoy the depth he conveys.
Wrong narrator!
They chose the wrong narrator for this book! The first two books are excellently narrated but this narrator sounds more adept at reading a historical nonfiction book. He makes the Brad Thor series sound like I’m listening to someone read the phone book in a dull breathy monotone voice. Bring back the original narrator!

Great book - like the plot, narrator was talented but I don’t think this type of genre or character was appropriate for him.
